Fever De Carib started as an idea long before it became a product.

For years, we carried the vision of creating our own authentic Caribbean jerk seasoning and sauce, something built from real flavor, real culture, and the recipes we’ve been developing in our minds and kitchens for over five years. It was always something we knew we could create, but like many dreams, it took time, growth, and the right moment to finally bring it to life.

Working daily through our food truck and catering business, we watched people fall in love with our food, our flavors, and especially our sauce. Customers constantly asked what made our jerk chicken, wings, pork, and other dishes taste so unique and authentic.

That’s when we realized we wanted to create something more than just food.

We wanted our customers to take a piece of that experience home with them.

Fever De Carib was created so that the same bold Caribbean flavors we serve from our kitchen could also become part of yours. Our jerk seasoning and jerk sauce are made using the flavors, spices, and ingredients we use every day, crafted to bring real Caribbean taste into every meal.
